MCO Contact Information
The MCOs oversee medical care on workers' compensation claims. Your employer has selected a specific one to work with, and only that one will be able to work with you on your claim.
The BWC Identification Card you received in the mail from BWC should tell you the name and phone number of your MCO. If you have misplaced the card, you can look up the MCO on the BWC website on the Injured Workers page.
You will usually communicate with your MCO via phone, but the list below also shows their websites so you have a way of learning more about them.
